Clark and Lydia both offer clinical supervision to individuals and to teams, across mental health, criminal justice, children's and early years settings. We are passionate about the role of reflective supervision in supporting workers to remain emotionally available to their clients, whilst maintaining their own resilience.

We promote the use of a wide range of practices, such as mindfulness and self-compassion, in order to encourage staff to adopt healthy strategies for self-management. We also offer a two day training course in Advanced Supervision Techniques, for those people wishing to develop their own supervision skills.
